Finding Your Mentees and Sessions

Overview

There are two things you may need to find regularly in Salesforce:

Your mentees are the young people assigned to you.

Their profiles contain useful information such as their details, games, equipment, and other background information.

Your sessions are the appointments and events linked to the work you do with mentees.

These are where you will usually check dates and times, access the Service Appointment, and complete wrap ups.

Sessions will only appear once you have added calendar events to your calendar.
